With a rich tapestry of multi-disciplinary expertise, I have dedicated my career to bridging the realms of Public Policy and Engineering, creating impactful solutions and driving meaningful change. As an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur with a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, I further expanded my knowledge through advanced studies in Public Policy and Management at IIM Bangalore and the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, USA. My academic journey also includes specialized learning in Defence Strategy from the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, India, which has equipped me with a unique blend of technical acumen and strategic insight.

With over 36 years of distinguished experience spanning industries, central government departments, and ministries as a UPSC-qualified professional, I have dedicated my career to shaping impactful policies in skill development, capacity building, employment and labor markets, overseas engagement, and international collaborations. During my recent tenure at the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, I worked passionately to address these critical areas. Committed to empowering and mentoring young minds, I have inspired countless individuals to excel and thrive in the ever-evolving national and global job landscapes.

Through his extensive academic background and deep understanding of consciousness, Sikdar offers readers a roadmap to unlock their true potential and lead a joyful, peaceful life free from conflict and division.

  When asked in an interview about the inspiration behind transitioning from a hardcore electrical engineer to exploring consciousness and human perception, he shared:
