This initiative to publish this book  is aligned to address the issue of Information gap ( one can say Mother of skill gap in rural and semi urban environment ) among the rural and semi urban youths in context of understanding, selecting, preparing and competing for a successful career. The book is designed for students from Class 2/ 3 cities & rural areas and mentions issues on counseling & guidance in exercising different education / job / career options towards preparing for success in various competitive exams for eventual success in life.

Commentaries on real and psychological issues about how to compete, excel & succeed by overcoming constraints and limitations of rural environment, have been covered in great detail with message for parents and children. This book has been written in both English & Hindi language. This will add great value to our rural and semi urban school and college going children.

Mantra of this book is to facilitate a single spark of success among the youth in a common family (encircled with social, financial and information constraints), which will set up a precedence with new confidence & courage in that family and gradually this spark will not only change the destiny of coming generation but in the process will also take India to a greater height in a short span of time.
